The Broken snagged an Editor's Choice Award at the 2008 San Diego State University Writer's Conference from Hillary Rubin Teeman of St. Martin's Press.

The fine ladies at OK-RWA let me know that The Lost finalled in their Finally a Bride Contest and snagged a perfect score of 200. Comments included “Riveting, fast-paced” and “This is ready!” Let’s hope the Avon editor who’s the final judge agrees.

The Lost has been named a finalist in the RWA's 2007 Golden Heart in the romantic suspense category. I feel honored and blessed. Let this adventure begin!

Just got back from San Diego State University's 2007 Writer's Conference and received five requests for partials from agents on The Lost, my recently completed suspense manuscript. Plus, an editor from St. Martin's Press said she loved the story idea and would love to see it if it's picked up by an agent.

Through the Shadows placed fifth in the Golden Heart Network’s 2006 Golden Pen Contest in the Single Title Category. Got a perfect score from one judge (99!) and another commented that Shadows had “great visuals with just a few well-chosen words. “ Lots of solid feedback to help make this manuscript tighter and more emotionally compelling!
